Whimsy Design Team

Before I headed out the door this morning I just had to make this cute little cow card for my submission to the Whimsy Design Team. They are accepting applications for this awesome team until Sunday March 1st. You should check out their website here: Whimsy Stamps.



Now I don't own any of the Whimsy stamps yet, but I stress yet!!!! I have a few that are on my wish list, such as the turtle and the frog, since I collect those!!! These stamps are just the cutest!!!! Hopefully they'll come out with a cow soon!!!















Stamps: Penny Black Cow image, Best Yet (SU)


Cardstock: Basic Black, Soft Sky


Ink: Black Stazon


Accessories: Watercolor Pencils, Blender Pen, Dimensionals, Circle Punch, Scallop Circle Punch, White Gel Pen, White Organza Ribbon (SU), Cuttlebug








The soft sky piece has the flower Cuttlebug folder embossed on it, it's kinda hard to see in the picture.









I also decorated the inside of my card just a little bit. That is something I am really trying harder to do. I used a whisper white base, and then added a soft sky strip that I punched with the scallop punch, and then used my black marker to make little dots on the scallops. Also stamped "Just a Note" on the bottom.

Just a pretty quick card to cheer up a friend! Who couldn't use that?
