Field Trip Day

I took the kiddos on a field trip today to the Mumford Museum. It is a wonderful place to learn about colonial life! We had so much fun! We saw how they make soap, cheese, quilts, spinning and weaving, tons of things! The kids even got to each make a little tin punched ornament. We took my mother-in-law with us and she made a little quilt square. I didn't have my digital camera because it wasn't working, just my regular one. So it will probably be a week or so before I can share photos with you all.

My favorite part was watching all 3 kids play in the leaves while we were eating lunch and there was this old fashioned music player going. It was so neat! The kids were making piles of leaves to jump in and then they were burying each other. I hope I got some neat fall photos.

This was a trip we'll always remember! So instead of a project, I thought I would share a photo of the kids together. This was taken at their Uncle Jerod's and Aunt Terra's wedding this summer. All three kids were in the wedding. It was a beauitful country wedding! Everything was so nice! I had the pleasure of making the wedding invites and the wedding cake favors for the reception tables. I hope to get photos of these sometime soon also on here.

Hope you all enjoyed the beautiful weather these past few days! We sure did! It sounds like it's going to take a turn for the colder soon!

Happy Stamping!

Jen
