Monochromatic Challenge over at Whimsy!

First of all, I won!!! Yippy!!! I won the Whimsy Challenge from last week with my cute little party turtle!!!! So I will be receiving two new Whimsy Stamps soon! Head on over to the Whimsy Challenge Blog for this weeks new challenge.

This challenge is all about color, but we don't want to see too many different colors, just your favorite one paired with one neutral. We are challenging you to make a monochromatic project! Our definition of monochromatic for this challenge is one neutral paired with one other color. You may use as many different shades of that one color, but you may only use one color and one neutral. You also, of course, need to include a Whimsy Stamps image in your project.

Now since you all know that my favorite color in the world is Certainly Celery, I choose that to be my color. And doesn't this cute little Whimsy Frog look adorable all in green? I did use two neutrals on my card, black and white, but I figure black and white as one neutral in my little world, lol!

The saying on the top of the card says 'Thanks so much' and is just a clear dollar stamp. The inside of the card has more cert. celery paper, and says 'Have a great day'. I also stamped a dragonfly on the inside.

The cute froggy is just colored in with all of my green watercolor pencils from Stampin Up! and a blender pen.

Hope you all have a wonderful day as well! Happy Stampin! And thanks for stopping by!

Jen - delightful as always! Your froggy rocks!! And as for black and white being one neutral - I am right there with ya - I mean you gotta stamp your image in black right? hehehe And you usually stamp your black image on white paper and then you get to coordinate a true mono color into the mix, right? hehehe You've got a friend in me!!
