I recently learned how to make these paper rosettes from Angie Tieman's blog. You can see her directions here: http://schwooo.blogspot.com/2008/10/paper-rosette-tutorial.html She has a very nice tutorial on how to make these.
For my rosette I used the paper that comes in the hostess only paper pack, and the organic grace stamp set. I cut the flower out and placed it onto a scallop circle punch. These were very fun and easy to do. I can see making a bunch of them and placing them onto skewers in a vase for a nice springy type gift!

Very pretty, Jen! I made one a couple of weeks ago, and I was pleased with how it came out.
I still haven't tried this yet after seeing it in SS, but thanks for inspiration to remind me to try it out! Yours came out great!
