Here is a little set of gift cards that I made for Mother's Day. My mom isn't the best at sending out cards for any occasion! It's a known fact in our family. She is just too busy to go to the store and get one. So I made here a little set of all occasion cards for Mother's Day, (I also made a set for my mother-in-law too). These were super simple and easy to make using Stampin' Up!s note card set, that come all scored and ready to make, with envelopes.
The flowers are from the mini catalog, Die-Cut Blooms. And the stamp set used is called Tart & Tangy, which is my new favorite set! I used two different inks on the lime using the Rock & Roll Technique. First you ink your image in the lighter color, and then roll the edges around in the darker color. This looks really neat on my limes!
The bottom of these cards are stamped with the hostess set called For a Friend, and then colored in with my Stampin' Up! markers. The markers are so great!!! I love having every SU color available to me, even though I don't have all of the ink pad colors yet. I also stamped the envelopes to match.
Now they both will have a cute set of cards available for any occasion when they need a quick card! Happy Mother's Day to everyone!!!
Happy Stamping!
