Neon Challenge

On one of the groups I belong to there was a challenge to scrap using neon colors, which is not something I usually do. But that is the fun part of having challenges. It gets you out of your usual things and try something new. I saw a page like this in the Splitcoast gallery using the felt fusion flowers, which I don't own. So I thought I would try it using my Die-Cut Blooms, which are still available in the Stampin' Up! mini catalog. This is about as neon as I get!

Pictures are from my daughter's Pre-K end of the year Celebration a few years ago! They are 8 1/2 x 11 pages for her scrapbook.

Supplies used:

Cardstock: Wild Wasabi, Certainly Celery, Real Red, Bashful Blue

Ink: Black Staz-on, Wild Wasabi

Stamp Sets: Time Well Spent, All-Year Cheer II

Accessories: Die-Cut Blooms, Circle Punch, Hole Punch, Rhinestone Brads, Black Marker
